Refund & Cancellation
Thank you for making a purchase with Defence Exams
Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you an important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, concerning any purchase you make through us unless specifically stated otherwise on our product pages.
There shall be no refund on purchase of course or mock test where user has already received the access
We make every effort to make sure products reach customer immediately. If due to any reason, unavoidable circumstances or beyond the limitations of the merchants the order is not completed and amount has been debited, customer can reach us and we shall revert within 24 hours. Customer reserves the option of completing or cancelling the pending order.
Terms of Cancellation
Cancellations: As a general rule, all sales made on Defence Exams are final and you shall not be entitled to cancel your order once you have received confirmation of the same. Defence Exams reserves the sole right to cancel any order as per our discretion in case
(i) we are unable to deliver the order in a satisfactory manner and/ or
(ii) the user tries to take advantage of the system which violates the Terms of Use. We will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made within a reasonable period of time.

Refunds: You shall be entitled to a refund only if Defence Exams is unable to deliver your order. For refund requests please email to mail@defenceexams.com forTest Series and for Online Courses within 1 week of the date of purchase. Refunds will be done directly to the original payment mode within seven working days of finalization of the claim.
